Refund Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains how Fikarvo handles refunds. Fikarvo provides professional services — designing, building, and training AI Employees — and this website processes no online payments. All fees are invoiced and paid under a signed proposal or agreement.

1. Scope

Because every engagement is scoped individually, refunds are governed first by the payment and cancellation terms of your signed proposal or agreement. This policy describes how we approach refund requests in general and applies where an agreement does not state something more specific.

2. Nothing to refund on the website

Requesting a quotation, sending a message, or joining the waitlist on fikarvo.com is free. No payment is collected through this website, and the waitlist is not a purchase or a paid subscription — so there is nothing to refund from using the site itself.

3. Engagement fees

Fees are earned as work progresses. As a general approach: work already completed and accepted is payable and non-refundable; fees for milestones not yet started are refundable if the engagement is cancelled; and pass-through costs already paid to third parties on your behalf (such as model subscriptions, hosting, or API usage) are non-refundable once incurred.

Deposits or advance payments are handled exactly as specified in your signed proposal.

4. How to request a refund

Message Fikarvo on WhatsApp with “Refund request”, the engagement name, and the invoice or payment reference. We review each request against the signed scope and reply through your agreed contact channel. Where more information is needed, we will ask before deciding.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where feasible, in the currency received, after deducting completed work and third-party costs already incurred as described above. Timing depends on the payment method used.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as our services change; the date above always shows the latest version. The refund terms referenced by a signed agreement remain the ones that apply to that engagement.
