1. Who we are
Fikarvo (“Fikarvo”, “we”, “us”) designs, configures, installs, and trains AI Employees — autonomous digital workers tailored to business workflows. This website provides information about our services and lets you request a quotation or join a waitlist. It is not an online store and does not process payments.
2. Quotations and engagements
Quotation requests and waitlist sign-ups are free and create no obligation on either side. Any scope, price, timeline, payment schedule, or deliverable becomes binding only through a proposal or agreement that Fikarvo and the client explicitly agree to (including agreement over WhatsApp, email, or signature).
Indicative figures discussed before a signed proposal are estimates, not commitments. Descriptions of AI capabilities are statements of intended functionality, not guarantees of specific business results.
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security protections, misuse its forms, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others. We aim to keep the site available and accurate but provide it “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Third-party services
AI Employees interact with third-party models, platforms, and providers (such as model APIs, messaging platforms, and hosting services). Those services operate under their own terms, pricing, and availability, which can change. Fikarvo is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or feature changes beyond what our engagement agreements commit us to handle.
5. Intellectual property
The Fikarvo name, logo, website content, and internal frameworks remain Fikarvo’s property. Client data remains the client’s property. Ownership and licensing of deliverables built for a client are defined in that client’s signed proposal or agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fikarvo’s total liability arising from or related to an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement, and Fikarvo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, except where applicable law does not allow this limitation.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The date above always shows the latest version. Terms in force for a signed engagement are the ones referenced by that agreement.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with courts of Cairo having jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement states otherwise. Questions? Message Fikarvo on WhatsApp.
